Juventus' unbeaten run comes to an abrupt end, and this may take some getting over, with Sassuolo getting the job done in the final seconds. Allegri's never looked comfortable throughout the 90 minutes, and they fell behind when Frattesi scored on the counter-attack, converting Defrel's pass. Juve huffed and puffed, but after several missed chances, including Dybala's effort off the post, they drew level with 14 minutes to go. McKennie threw himself at Dybala's cross to head home, and it looked like Juve would push on and find a winner. Sassuolo managed to hang on, and with seconds to go, Lopez raced onto a pass before lobbing Perin. There was no time for the Old Lady to push for an equaliser, and Sassuolo secure a famous victory

Allegri's side lost their first game in ten, while Sassuolo extended their unbeaten run to three games. Dionisi's side moves to within one point of Juventus, who lose ground on the top five following tonight's defeat.

That is all for tonight folks, thanks for joining us. Goodbye!

    FULL-TIME - JUVENTUS 1-2 SASSUOLO.21:01

  2. 90'+6'

Berardi runs to celebrate with Lopez as it was his pass that released the midfielder, and they look to have done enough to win this match.21:02

  3. 90'+5'

OH MY WORDDD!!!! JUVENTUS 1-2 SASSUOLO - They have done it. How is anyone's guess, but Sassuolo are seconds away from winning for the first time at the Allianz Stadium. Juventus let their guard down and left themselves exposed at the back, and that allowed Lopez to break free on his own. The midfielder is not known for his ability in front of goal, but he kept his composure to lob Perin after latching onto Berardi's pass. Incredible finish!

To their credit, Sassuolo have done an incredible job of stopping Juventus, and they deserve a share of the points. The question is will they get it?20:22

  7. 86'

Muldur becomes the latest player to be booked as Juventus continue to push for a winner.21:00

  8. 86'

Chiriches introduction suggests Sassuolo are shutting up shop, with Traore making way.20:58

  9. 84'

Since scoring their first goal, Juventus have failed to kick on, and it looks like we could be set for a draw unless something drastically changes.20:19

  10. 81'

Sassuolo are still trying to slow things down, and the home fans are becoming restless as a result. 20:15

  11. 80'

  13. 78'

We could be in for a thrilling final 12 minutes in Turin. Juventus will be pushing for a winner after a sloppy display, while Sassuolo will fancy their chances of scoring on the counter-attack.20:10

  14. 76'

When it really mattered, Juve's key players come to the rescue as Dybala's pass allowed McKennie to throw himself at the ball. They got their reward, and they now have 15 minutes to try and find a winner.20:09

  15. 76'

GOAAALLLL - JUVENTUS 1-1 SASSUOLO - Juve finally get their breakthrough, and McKennie's header proves too much for Consigli. Dybala's cross was inch-perfect, and McKennie did well to get up above the Sassuolo defenders as he found the top corner.

Defrel's night is over, with Henrique getting the chance to impress off the bench.20:12

  18. 71'

Another change for Sassuolo as Frattesi makes way for Toljan.00:51

  19. 70'

WIDE! Juventus nearly make Sassuolo pay for some lazy defending, but Cuadrado's cross to the far post is not converted by Jorge, who went for an ambitious overhead kick before finding the stands.20:02

  20. 69'

Perin keeps the scoreline at 0-1, as he makes a comfortable save from Scamacca's first attempt on goal since stepping off the bench.20:01

  21. 67'

We have another break in play as Sassuolo midfielder Frattesi goes down with an injury, and he does not look comfortable as he makes his way to the touchline for treatment.19:58

  22. 65'

Juventus have now conceded 12 goals this season; the last time they conceded as many goals after the first ten games of the campaign was back in 1992/93.19:55

  23. 63'

Jorge gets the chance to impress up front, with Morata the man to make way.19:53

  25. 62'

Dionisi makes a change to his midfield, with Raspadori replaced by Scamacca.19:54

  26. 61'

Rogerio is also in the referee's book as he brings down Cuadrado with a clumsy challenge.19:52

  27. 59'

OVER! Juventus seem to have clicked into gear for a moment as they waste another two glorious opportunities to level, with Chiesa heading over from inside the penalty box, seconds after Dybala's shot was saved by Consigli. While they have yet to equalise, that is already much better from Allegri's men.19:53

  28. 58'

Berardi's poor challenge on Alex Sandro results in him getting a yellow card, and he can have no complaints.19:49

  29. 57'

OFF THE LINE! Juventus suddenly burst into life, and Ayhan comes to Sassuolo's rescue as he blocks Cuadrado's goalbound effort.19:50

  30. 55'

Despite playing on the counter-attack, Sassuolo have created better chances at the Allianz Stadium, and Allegri may need to change his tactics in order to get something from this match.19:48

  31. 53'

Juventus have another injury worry as Chiesa goes down after a challenge from Lopez. Replays suggest it was a bad one, with Lopez's studs scraping the shin of Chiesa.19:45

  32. 50'

In an attempt to keep hold of the lead, Sassuolo are trying to slow the pace of the game, and for some reason, Juventus seem to be letting them without much of a fight.19:42

  33. 47'

Like they did in the first half, Juventus have made a strong start to the second 45 minutes, but Chiesa's low cross into the box could not beat Consigli at his near post.19:38

  34. 47'

We are back underway in Turin!19:36

  35. 46'

Allegri turns to his bench at the interval, as Rabiot is replaced by Cuadrado.20:50

  36. Despite being behind, Juventus should not need to change too much if they want to draw level. Morata, Dybala and Chiesa have the ability to change a game in an instant, and Allegri will be hoping that his team come out firing at the start of the second half.19:24

  37. Frattesi's second goal in as many matches ensures Sassuolo have the lead at the interval. Dionisi's side were hanging on for large parts of the first half, but they showed their class in the final third to put Juventus under immense pressure. Defrel showed great vision to play in Frattesi, and the midfielder did the rest as he found the bottom corner. Juventus have wasted chances with Chiesa, Bonucci going close, while Dybala hit the post just minutes before Sassuolo's opener.19:23

  38. 45'+1'

    HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 0-1 SASSUOLO.19:21

  39. 45'

One minute of stoppage time to come!19:20

  40. 44'

Defrel has barely had a kick tonight, but he shows his class when given the opportunity as his pass set up the contest's opening goal.19:20

  41. 44'

GOAAALLLL - JUVENTUS 0-1 SASSUOLO - Against the run of play, Sassuolo open the scoring in Turin. Allegri's side failed to deal with a simple ball forward, and Defrel's throughball was played perfectly towards Frattesi. The Sassuolo midfielder kept his cool and slotted the ball into the far corner.

    Davide Frattesi
  42. 42'

Not long to go until the end of the first half, and there's still time for either side to score, but Juventus have been the better team in the first 45 minutes.19:18

  43. 41'

OVER! Juventus turn up the heat, and Sassuolo failed to clear their lines on three occasions before the ball finally fell to Chiesa. The former Fiorentina man did well to stay onside, but he was unable to get over the top of his shot and his latest strike sails into the stands.19:16

  44. 38'

OFF THE POST!! Dybala latches onto Locatelli's pass and smashes a towards goal. Consigli was beaten in the Sassuolo net, but the frame of the goal keeps the scoreline at 0-0. 19:12

  45. 35'

Sassuolo might have improved the flow of attacks they were facing, but they have only created one chance inside the Juventus half, with Berardi's effort saved. Hopefully, their fortunes improve after a team talk at the interval.19:10

  46. 33'

Tonight is a night of milestones at Juventus. Allegri becomes the third coach to reach 200 Serie A games with the club, while Bonucci makes his 400th appearance for the Old Lady in the top flight.19:27

  47. 30'

Defrel is shown a yellow card after bringing down Alex Sandro, who was trying to start a counter-attack for Juve.19:07

  48. 26'

Consigli comes to Sassuolo's aid again as he stops Rabiot's header from finding the back of the net, but the offside flag went up anyway.19:02

  49. 24'

Juventus remain the better team, but they are failing to show composure in the final third. Allegri's team are breezing through midfield when in possession, but they need to relax if they want to try and open the scoring.19:01

  50. 22'

The referee brings the game to a halt as Morata stays down following a collision with Sassuolo keeper Consigli. However, the former Real Madrid man indicates he does not need treatment, and he seems happy to continue.18:57

  51. 19'

Juventus clear the resulting corner at the first attempt, and Allegri's side will be determined to make sure Perin has nothing else to do in this first half.18:54

  52. 18'

CLOSE! Perin is finally called into action as Berardi's shot from the edge of the box is tipped around the post by the Juve stopper. It might have taken them 20 minutes, but that is much better from the visitors!18:53

  53. 15'

They have yet to test Perin in the Juventus goal, but Sassuolo have done well to stem the flow of the attacks from the home side.18:49

  54. 13'

De Sciglio's night is over as the physios confirm the full-back cannot continue, and on comes Alex Sandro.18:49

  55. 11'

Juventus have an injury to worry about as De Sciglio goes down in the box, and he looks to be complaining about a leg injury. 18:46

  56. 8'

Thankfully for Sassuolo, nothing comes from the corner and it remains goalless in Turin.18:43

  57. 7'

SAVE! Consigli keeps the scoreline at 0-0 after taking no chances with De Sciglio's cross. The Juve left-back was aiming for a team-mate, but his wayward pass went underneath Consigli's crossbar, and the Sassuolo keeper was happy to concede a corner.18:42

  58. 6'

Sassuolo are struggling to string two passes together, and they will find themselves behind if they do not improve quickly.18:41

  59. 3'

The Old Lady have made a flying start to this match, with Sassuolo on the back foot inside the first few minutes.18:37

  60. 2'

CHANCE! Juventus win an early free-kick, and Bonucci meets Chiesa's delivery at the far post. Sadly the defender failed to keep his composure, and he fired wide of the target.18:37

  61. 1'

    We are underway!18:34

  62. Both teams are now out on the field of play, and we are moments away from kick-off.18:31

  63. Juventus have lost only one of their 16 Serie A matches against Sassuolo, with their only defeat coming in 2015 when a Nicola Sansone goal handed tonight's visitors a 0-1 win.18:23

  64. Due to the short turnaround, Allegri makes six changes to his starting XI as Szczesny, Chiellini, Cuadrado, Alex Sandro Bernardeschi and Kulusevski are replaced by Perin, De Ligt, De Sciglio, Chiesa, Rabiot and Dybala. Dionisi has also freshened up his squad with Toljan, Chiriches, Duricic and Scamacca, all dropping out of the team for Muldur, Ayhan, Traore and Defrel.19:03

  65. SUBS: Jeremy Toljan, Matheus Henrique, Gianluca Scamacca, Edoardo Goldaniga, Federico Peluso, Giacomo Satalino, Francesco Magnanelli, Abdou Harroui, Gianluca Pegolo, Vlad Chiriches, Luigi Samele.18:12

  66. SASSUOLO (4-2-3-1): Andrea Consigli; Mert Muldur, Kaan Ayhan, Gian Marco Ferrari, Rogerio; Davide Frattesi, Maxime Lopez; Domenico Berardi, Giacomo Raspadori, Hamed Junior Traore; Gregoire Defrel.18:11

  67. SUBS: Giorgio Chiellini, Wojciech Szczesny, Luca Pellegrini, Daniele Rugani, Arthur, Aaron Ramsey, Rodrigo Bentancur, Dejan Kulusevski, Carlo Pinsoglio, Juan Cuadrado, Alex Sandro, Kaio Jorge.18:09

  68. JUVENTUS (4-4-2): Mattia Perin; Danilo, Matthijs de Ligt, Leonardo Bonucci, Mattia De Sciglio; Federico Chiesa, Adrien Rabiot, Manuel Locatelli, Weston McKennie; Alvaro Morata, Paulo Dybala.18:08

  69. After losing four in five, Sassuolo seem to have steadied the ship of late, and their 2-2 draw with Genoa earlier this month was followed up with a 3-1 success against Venezia. Alessio Dionisi's side are four points behind Juve, but a win could lift them into the top ten, as long as other results go their way.18:06

  70. After a poor start to the campaign, the Old Lady appear to have sorted themselves out, and they showed their resilience when rescuing a draw in the Derby d'Italia against Inter at the weekend. A win for Massimiliano Allegri's troops would help them put the pressure on those above them, with Roma and Inter in action later this evening.18:04

  71. Good evening and welcome to our live coverage of the Serie A clash between Juventus and Sassuolo from the Allianz Stadium. Juventus are hoping to stretch their unbeaten run to ten matches tonight, while Sassuolo can make it three in succession without defeat.17:59
