Inter dominated throughout and thought they'd won it late in the game, but both Lukaku and Martinez had goals ruled out for offside.
That draw takes Inter 10 points clear of rivals Milan at the top of the table with six games left of the season. Next up for them is Verona at home. Spezia stay in 15th, and are five points clear of the relegation zone, with a big game against Genoa, who sit just above them in the table, coming up at the weekend.
