  1. 90'+5'

    FULL-TIME: JUVENTUS 3-1 GENOA16:54

  2. 90'+3'

The hosts looking to finish with a flourish and Ronaldo gets his shot away inside the box, but it is straight at Perin.16:53

  3. 90'+1'

ALMOST! A deep ball to the far post is headed back across the face of goal by Ronaldo, but Morata is just unable to apply the finishing touch as Juve finish strongly.16:53

  4. 90'

We are approaching the first of four additional minutes at the end of this game.16:48

  5. 88'

Good save! Sandro is the furthest man forward for Juve as he latches onto Dybala's neat pass. The ball ricochets back into the path of the Brazilian, but Perin does well to block his shot.16:47

  6. 86'

Ronaldo still searching for his customary goal as he challenges for a high ball into the box. However, Perin does just about enough to tip it away to safety.16:48

  7. 84'

Aaron Ramsey is introduced for the last six minutes in place of Rabiot.16:42

  8. 82'

Sandro has his name taken for fouling Ghiglione and will have to tread carefully during these latter stages.16:47

  9. 81'

We are inside the final 10 minutes at the Allianz Stadium and Genoa are continuing to plug away, but their hopes of getting anything from the game are fading as the clock ticks down.16:40

  10. 79'

As things stand, Juve will close the gap on leaders Inter to 12 points with eight games remaining. The Bianconeri's title hopes are hanging by a thread, but all they can do is keep winning and hope for a helping hand from other teams.16:38

  11. 77'

Reportedly under pressure in recent weeks, Pirlo has admitted to making several errors during the season. However, it is important to remember that this is his maiden campaign in senior management.16:35

  12. 74'

Chiesa is given a rest by Pirlo as he goes off to be replaced by Arthur.22:37

  13. 72'

The three points surely belong to Juventus following McKennie's strike. Not a bad way to introduce yourself to the game!16:31

  14. 70'

McKENNIE!!! 3-1 JUVENTUS! An immediate impact by the substitute! Within two minutes of coming on, the American international beats the offside trap and races onto a neat through ball, before calmly slotting past Perin from close range.

    See Weston McKennie's player card16:48

    Weston McKennie
  15. 70'

Danilo spotted the run of McKennie and timed his through ball to perfection.16:28

  16. 69'

Genoa also turn to the bench as Scamacca is replaced by Filippo Melegoni.22:37

  17. 68'

Weston McKennie also enters the action with Kulusevski making way.16:26

  18. 68'

A double-change for Juve with the first seeing Paulo Dybala replacing Morata.16:26

  19. 68'

The corner is sent into the Juventus box, but the hosts do well to defend the set-piece and clear the danger.16:26

  20. 67'

The visitors refusing to lie down here and are awarded their fifth corner of the match. Can they make the most of this opportunity?16:25

  21. 65'

It is quite surprising how Genoa have yet to call on top scorer Destro. The former Roma striker has 10 goals to his name this season, and will certainly fancy his chances of adding to that tally here.16:23

  22. 63'

Pandev is also withdrawn as Eldor Shomurodov takes his place.16:20

  23. 63'

Another double-change for Genoa. The first sees Rovella replaced by Miha Zajc.16:20

  24. 62'

Criscito goes into the book for a foul on Kulusevski.16:21

  25. 61'

WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE! Juventus with a tremendous opportunity as they embark on a quickfire counter. Chiesa leads the charge and has options left and right with Genoa outnumbered. But he delays the pass for too long, before eventually sending the ball aimlessly into the arms of Perin. He simply has to do better there.16:49

  26. 59'

Both sides going for it here. Scamacca is well-found by Radovanovic in the box, but is unable to guide his header towards the target.16:17

  27. 57'

Chance! At the other end, Ronaldo has a great opportunity to restore the two-goal buffer. The Portugal skipper darts into the box, but steers his shot fractionally wide of the far post.16:15

  28. 56'

What a chance! Genoa continue to push the equaliser and apply pressure. The ball breaks again for Pjaca, who demonstrates neat footwork to escape his marker, but cannot keep his shot down.16:14

  29. 55'

GOOD SAVE! Szczesny gets down really well to push away Pjaca's low drive from the edge of the box.16:14

  30. 53'

Rovella 'takes one for the team' as he pulls back Chiesa and goes into the book.16:11

  31. 51'

Scamacca's fifth league goal of the season has given the visitors hope of a comeback here. The Rossoblu certainly have their tails up at the moment.16:09

  32. 49'

Rovella delivered an inviting corner that was begging to be attacked, and Scamacca duly obliged.16:08

  33. 49'

SCAMACCA!!! 2-1! Lifeline for Genoa! The visitors are right back in this contest as Scamacca climbs to meet a corner and firmly plant his header past Szczesny.

    See Gianluca Scamacca's player card16:07

    Gianluca Scamacca
  34. 48'

Good early pressure from Genoa results in them forcing a corner and this is a decent opportunity to get back into the contest.16:06

  35. 46'

The hosts get the ball rolling once more in this second half.16:03

  36. 46'

Juventus also make a change as Alex Sandro replaces Cuadrado.16:03

  37. 46'

Biraschi also makes way for the visitors, with Paolo Ghiglione replacing him.16:03

  38. 46'

Genoa make a double-change at the break. The first sees Behrami make way for Marko Pjaca.16:02

  39. Can Genoa respond after the break? The visitors did look threatening on the attack during the first half, but must do that on a more consistent basis upon the resumption of this contest.16:01

  40. Goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Alvaro Morata have put Juventus firmly in control against Genoa at half-time. Andrea Pirlo's side have been the much stronger of the two teams, and will look to press home their advantage after the break.15:48

  41. 45'+1'

    HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 2-0 GENOA15:47

  42. 45'

CHANCE! Looking to finish the half strongly, the visitors manage to get Scamacca in behind the defence. But Szczesny comes to Juve's rescue with smart reflexes to deny him.15:47

  43. 42'

Already two goals down, Genoa have now gone eight games without recording a clean sheet. They are 10 points clear of the relegation zone as things stand, but their recent lack of solidarity in defence will be a cause of concern for Ballardini.15:46

  44. 40'

Behrami's booking means our referee Mr Di Bello has now shown at least three yellow cards in each of the last 20 games he has taken charge of. He also sent off Rabiot in Juve's draw with Roma back in September.15:41

  45. 38'

Behrami is booked for a late challenge on Rabiot.15:40

  46. 37'

Kulusevski goes looking for his second goal and unleashes a low drive from the edge of the box. But once again, Perin is equal to it.16:50

  47. 37'

Kulusevski has his name taken for a body-check on Zappacosta.15:39

  48. 36'

Good save! The hosts go in search of more goals and Chiesa lays the ball off for Rabiot to strike. But Perin reacts well to keep out the former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder.16:50

  49. 34'

Juventus have also enjoyed an impressive home record against Genoa in Serie A. In fact, they have only been beaten twice in their last 53 such meetings with the Rossoblu.15:36

  50. 32'

The Bianconeri arrived in this game having lost just one of their 14 on home soil in 2021. That came courtesy of the 1-0 reverse against Benevento on March 21.15:33

  51. 30'

The hosts still two goals to the good as we hit the half-hour mark in Turin. Fair to say they have certainly been good value for their lead so far.15:32

  52. 28'

There aren't too many teams that Ronaldo does not boast a good goalscoring record against. Indeed, he has found the net five times in Juve's last six meetings with Genoa.15:28

  53. 26'

Ronaldo still finding his range. Eager to make up for his earlier miss, Serie A's leading marksman goes for goal from distance again. But his tame effort is gathered by Perin.16:51

  54. 24'

Their hopes of a 10th straight Scudetto may be all but over, but Juve are well on course to close the gap on second-placed Milan here. It is fair to say that Genoa have a mountain to climb.15:25

  55. 22'

MORATA!!! 2-0 JUVENTUS! The Bianconeri hit Genoa with a devastating counter! Chiesa leads the charge and his eventual shot is parried into the path of Ronaldo, who somehow hits the post from a couple of yards out. Thankfully, Morata is quickly there to ruthlessly tuck away the rebound.

  56. 21'

Wasted. A good opportunity for Genoa as Scamacca stands over the free-kick right on the edge of the box. However, he blazes it way over the bar.15:22

  57. 20'

Cuadrado blocks Zappacosta's attempted cross with his arm just outside the box and goes into the book.15:21

  58. 17'

Genoa have drawn 11 games in Serie A this season; a tally only bettered by lowly Torino. Although, they would definitely take a point from this game.15:18

  59. 15'

Those were positive signs from Genoa. We may only be a quarter of an hour into this game, but you already feel that they must capitalise on any opportunity that falls their way here.15:17

  60. 13'

At the other end, a good turn of speed from Zappacosta sees him get away from Cuadrado down the left. Szczesny has to be alert as he gathers the eventual cross with Pandev lurking.15:14

  61. 11'

Just wide! First sight on goal for Ronaldo, who drives forward from midway inside the Genoa half. He tries his luck with low left-footed strike from distance, but Perin watches it all the way past the post.16:51

  62. 9'

A let-off for Perin! The Genoa goalkeeper gets into a right mess as he takes an extra touch and hesitates under pressure from Morata. In the end, he is fortunate that the referee awards a goal kick when the final touch had come from him.16:51

  63. 6'

Well, that didn't take long! A hugely positive start by Juventus pays dividends inside the opening four minutes. Can they really kick on and press home their advantage here?15:08

  64. 4'

KULUSEVSKI!!! 1-0 JUVENTUS! What a start by the hosts, who make their early pressure tell! Cuadrado demonstrates lovely footwork as he gets the better of Masiello before laying the ball off for Kulusevski, who beats Perin with a well-placed first-time finish.

  65. 4'

Cuadrado did brilliantly to get past Masiello before having the presence of mind to pick out Kulusevski.15:07

  66. 2'

Ronaldo immediately involved as he fires in a cross from the left, but Perin is alert and punches it away to safety.16:52

  67. 1'

Referee Marco di Bello blows his whistle and Genoa get the match underway.15:01

  68. The teams are out and kick-off is fast approaching at the Allianz Stadium.14:57

  69. The recent form book suggests we will see goals today. Juventus have failed to record a clean sheet in each of their last six games, while Genoa are targeting their first in eight attempts.14:43

  70. Davide Ballardini also makes a couple of alterations from Genoa's draw with Fiorentina. Juventus loanee Nicolo Rovella faces his parent club as he replaces the suspended Kevin Strootman in the heart of midfield. Meanwhile, Goran Pandev is preferred up front to top scorer Mattia Destro. Also, it is a big day for skipper - and former Bianconeri defender - Domenico Criscito, who makes his 250th appearance for the Rossoblu in all competitions.14:42

  71. Andrea Pirlo makes two changes to the side that began Juventus' 2-1 win over Napoli in midweek. Wojciech Szczesny replaces Gianluigi Buffon in goal, while Dejan Kulusevski is also recalled with Alex Sandro dropping to the bench. Merih Demiral returns among the substitutes, but Leonardo Bonucci and Federico Bernardeschi continue to observe COVID-19 protocols following their recent international break with Italy.14:38
