Juve hold on for the win! It's smash-and-grab but you don't care where the points come from at this point of the season. Sassuolo were brilliant in the first half but couldn't finish their chances and Berardi missed their best, Buffon keeping out his early penalty. Rabiot and Ronaldo made them pay with two clinical finishes before the break, though the hosts did fight back after the interval through Raspadori. Ronaldo's goal was his 100th for Juventus and Dybala joined him on three figures to kill the game off with a beautiful finish at the end of a lovely counter-attacking move.
Juve move up to fifth, one point behind fourth-placed Napoli and three behind AC Milan and Atalanta. They have champions Inter and Bologna to come in their final two fixtures, while Sassuolo will look to bounce back against Parma and Lazio. Tonight's defeat leaves them eighth.
That's it from me here tonight; I hope you've enjoyed following what was a really entertaining game. Until the next time, ciao!

FULL-TIME: SASSUOLO 1-3 JUVENTUS22:37
90'+3'
Juventus break in numbers and Kulusevski crosses from the right. He picks out Rabiot who looks to time his leap well, but he nods wide to the left of the goal from eight yards.22:36
90'+2'
Rogerio mis-kicks as he looks to cross from the left. It doesn't beat the first man but Bentancur slices his clearance out for a throw-in.22:35
90'+1'
Three minutes added on.22:34
89'
Rabiot drags a left-footed shot across goal and wide to the right from the edge of the area. Ronaldo is typically annoyed that he didn't play him in to his left.22:33
87'
Raspadori finds Berardi in space at the right corner of the area, but it just hasn't been his night tonight. He comes inside onto his left foot and shanks a shot high and wide when he might have been better off knocking it back to Raspadori in the centre.22:33
85'
Ronaldo is furious with Kulusevski! The Portuguese drives forward from the right and just can't seem to get the ball out of his feet for a shot. He instead slips the ball through to his left where he wants Kulusevski to make a run, but he had slowed down instead for a pull-back and the loose ball dribbles through to the keeper.22:34
83'
Lopez fouls Kulusevski as Sassuolo struggle to keep an attack alive. Their frustration is showing now, and their performance levels have dropped.22:27
81'
And on comes Cuadrado, replacing the ever-dangerous Chiesa.22:25
81'
Two more changes for the visitors. Dybala's race is run as he's replaced by McKennie for the closing stages.22:25
80'
Into the final 10 minutes. Juve are looking good for the win.22:24
78'
Ronaldo off the post! It's vintage CR7 as he comes in from the left, leaves Chiriches on the floor with some rapid step-overs then bends a right-footed shot around the keeper, but it rebounds back off the upright and no Juve forward is on hand to turn it home.22:24
77'
And now Djuricic comes on for Boga, who has had a fairly quiet match.22:20
77'
Two more changes for Sassuolo. Rogerio replaces Kyriakopoulos at the back, first up.22:20
76'
Fifteen minutes to go. This could be a really big win for Juve if they hold on, though the results elsewhere in Serie A tonight don't seem to be going for them. Atalanta and Milan are both looking comfortable.22:20
74'
Great effort from Dybala! He ghosts away from Kyriakopoulos at the edge of the area and looks to bend a left-footed effort into the bottom-left corner, but Consigli is equal to his effort and tips it around the post.22:18
73'
Locatelli picks out Defrel with a cross from the left. He tries to bring it down at the right corner of the six-yard box but his touch lets him down and Bonucci gets across to clear.22:17
72'
Dybala's goal appears to have knocked the stuffing out of Sassuolo somewhat. They're not moving the ball about with quite as much intent as they have done for so much of this game so far. 22:15
71'
Sandro plays in Kulusevski down the left but he can't quite hook his foot around the bouncing ball to fire in a cross for Dybala, who is waiting at the edge of the area.22:15
69'
Juve's goals in the first half came completely against the run of play but they have been better since the interval, and that was a really lovely move. Sassuolo can't feel too aggrieved about that one.22:13
68'
Both Ronaldo and Dybala have scored their 100th goals for Juventus tonight.22:11
66'
Kulusevski has been a little quiet tonight but he got his pass just right there.22:11
66'
GOOALL! 3-1 JUVE, LOVELY FINISH FROM DYBALA! It's his 100th Juventus goal too, coming at the end of a deadly counter-attack. Ronaldo held it up in the centre circle for Rabiot, who played Kulusevski in down the left. The Swede picked out Dybala to his right with a perfect pass and he made Consigli look a little silly with a cheeky chipped finish.
So close for Sassuolo! Kyriakopoulos fires a teasing ball across the face of goal from the left. Berardi waits at the back post for a tap-in but Sandro does brilliantly to steer it behind for a corner with his weaker foot. That could easily have resulted in an own goal from that position.22:11
64'
Italy under-21 international Raspadori now has six goals in 26 Serie A appearances this season, which isn't a bad return after scoring twice in the last campaign. He looks a confident finisher.22:08
63'
Chiesa drives at Marlon from the left and gets around him, before opening his body and looking to bend a right-footed shot into the far top corner. He isn't far away either, whistling a shot just around the post.22:07
62'
Pirlo makes his first change, bringing Bentancur on in place of Arthur.22:05
61'
I was in the process of writing how Juve were enjoying their best spell of the game so far when Raspadori picked out the bottom corner. They're up against it now. Sassuolo have been great all night and their confidence will be right up now they've finally got the ball in the net.22:05
59'
Locatelli has had a quietly good game in midfield, and he now has an assist to his name.22:04
59'
GOOOALL! SASSUOLO BACK IN IT, RASPADORI MAKES IT 2-1! It's a really lovely goal. Marlon plays the ball to his feet with his back to goal outside the area. The young forward plays a swift one-two with Locatelli before calmly finishing into the bottom-left corner. His sixth of the season in Serie A.
Chiesa comes in from the right and has a crack from the edge of the area, but it's high and wide.22:03
57'
Dybala plays Ronaldo in down the left and he looks to play it back to him with a flick around the corner, but it's underhit and Ferrari intercepts.22:01
56'
And Defrel comes on in place of Traore.22:00
56'
Chiriches comes on for Toljan at the back.21:59
56'
Three changes for Sassuolo. First, Lopez replaces Obiang.21:59
55'
Kulusevski beats two defenders as he gets into the area from the left, but ends up beating himself with his fast feet and Locatelli picks up the loose ball from behind him.21:59
53'
Dybala doesn't beat the first man with a corner from the left. Berardi doesn't clear it properly at first but Sassuolo play their way out, with De Ligt making a good sliding tackle on Berardi by the touchline to prevent a counter-attack.21:57
51'
Sassuolo have started the second half brightly, as they did in the first. Rather than being put off by Ronaldo's goal, they know they made enough chances in the first half to have scored twice - so they believe they're still in the game.21:55
49'
Berardi picks up possession just outside the area in a central area and it looks like a good position for a shot, but he opts instead to play it to the feet of Raspadori. With his back to goal, he can't turn and get a dangerous shot away.21:53
48'
Great play from Chiesa! Ronaldo brings the ball down for him just inside the Juve half and he accelerates away from his marker, carrying the ball all the way to the edge of the area before drawing a strong save from Consigli with a right-footed drive towards the far post.21:51
47'
If Juve do hold on for the win, they'll stay fifth but go just one point behind Napoli with two games to play. Atalanta and AC Milan are both also winning right now, which would keep the pair of them three points ahead of Pirlo's side.21:50
45'
We're back underway for the second half.21:48
It's hard to say whether De Zerbi will be furious with his team for their poor finishing and lapse of concentration at the back, or pleased with their performance. They really have been excellent other than the two moments which see Juve in the lead.21:36
How on earth are Juventus winning this?! They have been under the cosh from the first minute but somehow go into the break with a 2-0 lead. Berardi has been the most profligate for Sassuolo, seeing an early penalty saved by Buffon after a mistake from Rabiot in the area. The Frenchman atoned for his error with a goal out of nowhere after half an hour, picking out the bottom-right corner from the edge of the area, before Ronaldo stole in to double the lead on the brink of half-time. 21:35
45'+1'
HALF-TIME: SASSUOLO 0-2 JUVENTUS21:33
45'
Rabiot has an assist to go with his goal. Not a bad first half for him numbers-wise, though his passing has been a little suspect.21:53
45'
GOOALL! RONALDO'S 100TH GOAL FOR JUVENTUS! It's an absolute smash and grab from Juve! Ferrari gives the ball to Rabiot with a loose header in midfield, and he nods it on to Ronaldo. He drives towards goal from the right, touches it past Marlon before slipping a left-footed finish around the keeper and into the bottom-left corner.
Only a couple of minutes left in the half, and Sassuolo won't know how they're behind. They've been much the better side and are into double figures for shots already, but they just can't finish their dinner.21:32
42'
Berardi checks inside from the right and loops in a really dangerous cross with his left foot. Locatelli and Boga are waiting with intent and the latter goes for it at the edge of the six-yard box, but totally he misjudges the flight of the ball. It bounces in front of him and loops up, and he can't react quickly enough to get any power on his header, which Buffon catches easily.21:29
40'
Good save from Buffon! Locatelli lays off Obiang at the left corner of the area and he bends a powerful low shot towards the bottom-right corner. It looks for all the world to be curling inside the post but Buffon gets down really well to push it away.21:27
39'
Ronaldo jinks his way around his marker at the left side of the area and fires a left-footed cross along the line of the six-yard box, but Ferrari meets it with a great diving header away.21:26
38'
Traore shoulders Chiesa to the floor by the Juve corner flag. He nabs the ball and looks to burst into the penalty area, but referee Piero Giacomelli pulls it back for a foul.21:24
36'
Sassuolo have had eight shots already, but only one of them has been on target. And that was Berardi's saved penalty.21:23
34'
Sassuolo just haven't got their finishing right today. Bonucci wins the ball from Raspadori in the area following a quick break but the ball breaks to Boga in space at the left side of the area. He gets right underneath it with his right foot, lofting it miles over the crossbar.21:22
33'
Chiesa is booked for an arm in Ferrari's face as he went up for a high ball.21:19
32'
Another Sassuolo chance goes begging! Berardi is involved again as he intercepts a loose pass just outside the area and clips the ball over for Traore at the left side of the area. He opens up his body and looks to find the far top corner with a right-footed shot, but Buffon watches it loop comfortably over the crossbar.21:19
30'
Juve will obviously be happy to be ahead, but the goal has come totally against the run of play. Sassuolo had been all over them for the previous few minutes.21:17
28'
Chiesa gets the assist for a simple pass, but that's all about the finish from Rabiot.21:16
28'
GOOALLL! 1-0 JUVE, RABIOT! It's a great strike from the Frenchman, who picks the ball up in midfield and drives towards the area from the right. From the edge of the box, he picks out the bottom-right corner with a perfectly-placed left-footed shot, which gives the keeper no chance as it bounces in off the post.
Another big chance for Sassuolo! Toljan plays in Berardi at the right side of a crowded penalty area. He squares the ball through to Raspadori who has to come back slightly to get a shot away from close range, and Danilo and Buffon combine to keep it out.21:15
26'
Almost another chance for Berardi as Traore slides a pass in behind down the right channel. He might have been through on goal but a slightly clumsy first touch allows De Ligt time to get back and force the ball behind for a corner. De Ligt heads that clear too.21:13
25'
Locatelli does really well in the centre circle, winning the ball first from Dybala and then from Kulsevski as the loose ball broke to him.21:11
23'
Danilo is booked for a slightly late challenge in midfield, though it looks a soft card.21:10
23'
Sandro slips Kulusevski in at the left side of the penalty area. He goes for goal from a tight angle and Consigli falls down to his left to beat it away.21:10
21'
Juventus have had a let-off with Berardi's missed penalty but this has been a really lively start to the match. The home side have been on top, with Juve's attack not quite clicking into gear just yet.21:08
20'
Ronaldo, bemoaning a lack of movement from his team-mates around him, tries a speculative shot from just beyond the left corner of the penalty area, but it's immediately charged down.21:06
18'
Marlon is shown the first yellow card of the night for brushing his arm across Ronaldo's chest as they compete for a high ball. Ronaldo goes down holding his mouth, which was not touched.21:05
16'
BUFFON SAVES THE PENALTY! The 43-year-old rolls back the years to make a brilliant stop, guessing right as Berardi went hard and low to the keeper's left. 21:05
15'
PENALTY to Sassuolo! Juventus just can't clear their lines as Sassuolo threaten. The visitors get it back but Rabiot gives it away to Traore with a loose touch, then Bonucci takes Raspadori down from behind as the striker goes to shoot.21:03
14'
Boga tries to trick his way around De Ligt at the edge of the area but the defender stands his ground and nips the ball away. Juve counter and Dybala tries to pick out Kulusevski in the area, but he's crowded out and can't bring the ball under control.21:00
13'
Juventus have scored two or more goals in each of their last nine Serie A matches against Sassuolo. They've bagged a total of 28 goals in those meetings, averaging 3.1 per game.20:59
11'
Another awkward cross for Consigli, this time from Ronaldo on the left. It goes right over the keeper's head as it drifts across the face of goal, but there's nobody there attacking it Sassuolo regain possession.20:58
9'
Danilo's cross from the right looks for a second to be drifting over Consigli and into the far top corner, but it just bends enough to whip past the post and behind for a goal kick.20:56
8'
The corner is taken short to Dybala, but his cross is straight down Consigli's throat and the keeper takes an easy catch.20:54
7'
Ronaldo chips a cross in from the left and it bounces awkwardly in the penalty area. Chiesa almost slips in at the far corner of the six-yard box but Kyriakopoulos has his wits about him and puts it behind for a corner.20:54
6'
Ooh! Sassuolo threaten again. This time Berardi takes matters into his own hands, coming infield from the right and dancing along the line of the penalty area. He eventually unleashes a fearsome effort with his left boot, aiming for the far top corner but again it's over the bar.20:53
5'
Sassuolo may be the most in-form side in Italy right now and you can see the confidence in their play. Slick on the ball and voracious in the press off it, it has been an impressive start from the hosts.20:51
3'
Great early chance for Sassuolo! Berardi plays a lovely ball over the top of Toljan down the right. He carries it towards goal with bodies in support, breaking into the area before pulling it back for Traore. He hits it first time at the edge of the box but gets under it and it flies over.20:50
2'
Buffon has said this week that he won't be staying at Juventus at the end of the season. We may well be seeing one of the final games of the 43-year-old's iconic career.20:49
An early mis-kick from Buffon gives Berardi the chance to try his luck from a long way out. He loops a half-volley towards goal but the veteran goalkeeper watches it sail high and wide.20:48
We're off!20:46
The teams are on their way out of the tunnel and we’re just moments away from kick-off.20:42
