Lazio were then reduced to 10 men as Ciro Immobile lashed out at Arturo Vidal, but there was also time for Stefano Sensi to be dismissed for Inter. Antonio Conte's men could have won it late on, but Marcelo Brozovic was denied by the post. A fair result in the end.
Lazio are next in Serie A action after the international break on the road against Sampdoria. Inter face Milan in the Milan derby in their next contest on October 17 at San Siro.
